This 184,000 GSF replacement high school for Calvert County Public Schools included the reconfiguration of the traffic flow and parking, demolition the existing high school and auditorium, renovation of the existing gymnasium and the construction of a small addition to the existing Harrison Center. The new high school is arranged as a two and three story structure sited as an off-hill building overlooking the existing playing fields. The facility includes new classrooms, cafeteria and support spaces. This project was constructed in two phases – the first phase focused on the new high school, and the subsequent phase covered the removal of the existing parking lots and included the gymnasium renovation.
