New construction of an updated version of a traditional residence hall, offering students double occupancy rooms (336 beds) with shared, private bathroom pods. The 95,737 sf, $40.1M facility, features common areas and gathering spaces near the entrances in the center of the first floor, including a living room, kitchen, laundry room, study space and knowledge stations. Site improvements include improved and accessible pedestrian circulation, updated recreational spaces, improved landscaping and redistributed and more functional parking.
