Located on North Atherton Street in State College, Pennsylvania, this 22,000 sf, three-story retail bank and office building was constructed on an off-hill site. With one façade two levels above and one level below grade, the opposing façade is three levels above grade. A gabled roof was used with a structural frame of Type IIB construction (steel frame, non-combustible) allowing non-separated business and mercantile use. The scope features covered entrances, lobby, retail bank spaces, covered drive-thru tellers lanes, speculative offices, mechanical rooms and storage.
