Loyola University Ridley Athletic Complex

The firm provided design of this $19M, 52,000 gsf, multi-level stadium building which features 6,000 bleacher seats, equipment storage, locker rooms, weight room and mechanical spaces. The project scope included design for a Methane Collection Building, a 3,000 sf building featuring a hip roof and housing mechanical equipment; and a Ticket Pavilion, a 700 sf building featuring cantilever canopies and long span conditions.  Structural framing is a combination of structural steel, precast concrete and masonry bearing walls. The foundations were designed to accommodate the gas collection piping and membrane associated with the methane gas collection system.
