The 240,000-square-foot facility features a 350-seat auditorium, multiple cutting-edge simulation skill labs, patient exam rooms, a café, two lecture halls, a makers’ space shop, three rooftop gardens and multiple research labs, allowing for real-world experiences in the academic profession. Some of the specialty high-tech labs include a Virtual body lab (Anatomage Lab), Clinical skills lab, Health assessments lab, Audiology diagnostics classroom and Occupational therapy.  The project is slated to achieve LEED Gold certification for its energy efficiency, green impact and sustainability.
