Under Armour Building 37

Building 37 is the first phase of a long-term master plan for the 50-acre Port Covington site. This project converted an abandoned Sam’s Club building into a work space for 600 employees of the company’s Finance and IT Departments. By inserting a 40,000 sf mezzanine into the existing structure, Under Armour now has a 170,000 sf facility featuring a 350-seat auditorium, fitness center, coffee shop and café, conference rooms with advanced teleconference capability, as well as collaborative and event spaces. New walls of windows allow for increased natural light and for the structure to take advantage of its waterfront location and expansive harbor views.
