This new 120,000 GSF home for the University of Maryland Eastern Shore’s School of Pharmacy and Health Professions will help meet current and future needs of the University’s rapidly growing programs. Housing the School of Pharmacy and other programs including physician assistant, kinesiology, physical therapy and rehabilitation, the facility includes specialized research and teaching laboratories and simulated patient treatment spaces alongside informal study spaces, academic offices, lecture hall and a student resource center.  This destination building helps to create a new academic quad and integrates outdoor spaces and circulation across the campus.  The UMES School of Pharmacy and Health Professions has been certified LEED Gold.
