HFA had the pleasure of attending the topping out ceremony for the UVA Manning Institute of Biotechnology. HFA is partnered with Elkus Manfredi Architects in design of this 350,000 square foot facility at the University of Virginia. This state of the art facility, set to become a hub for collaboration between scientists, engineers, and entrepreneurs, is scheduled to be complete in 2027.
